Not only is Wanda one of the hottest tails in the Marvel Universe, she's Magneto's daughter! Not only did she serve under him in the Masters of Evil before turning to evil, she chose to marry a toaster over a real person. Then Wanda realized just how powerful she really is and is now one of the most feared mutants on the planet by wiping out first all of the mutants on the planet then later, with the help of Hope Summers, wiping out the Pheonix Force.
The Scarlet Witch is a reality manipulator you do not want to mess with.

The Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch's blister card reads: "This powerful mutant has the unique ability to control the probability field, the force that guides everything in the universe. By focusing her energy and creating a hex-sphere, Scarlet witch is able to alter reality, causing objects to move, melt, rot and change in ways her enemies can't defend. She can alter the course of any battle, conjuring objects out of nowhere or wiping them out of existence in an instant."
It was because of these powers that the Avengers were once actually disassembled as she caused the deaths of Hawkeye, Scott Lang, and the destruction of the Vision. She was finally stopped by Doctor Strange and given into the care of Magneto and Professor X. Despite their best efforts, the Scarlet Witch lost control of her powers and created the House of M where Magneto and mutants ruled supreme. The events of the House of M would lead to her most famous whisper "No more Mutants" which depowered 90% of the mutant population of the globe causing the deaths of millions of suddenly powerless mutants.
What's to like about the Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch?The Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch comes with everything you see here, a finely sculpted, extremely sexy body, a removable cape - pop her head off to do so - and a clip on to either hand energy ball - sans all the Photoshop people.
But top-of-mind of what's to like about the Scarlet Witch is her facial sculpt.
It's an original mold that I do believe pays true homage to her Gypsy heritage. It's an original mold backed by a wonderful paint job. The Scarlet Witch has delicate sharp features, finely painted eye, eye brow and lip details. You can't help but just fall in love with the Scarlet Witch's face. It's almost hypnotic.
Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch's articulation is somewhat hampered by the sculpt of her hips - despite having ball joints there - and the inability to twist her waist, but is still otherwise excellent:

I'm particularly fond of the fact that if you pop off her head to remove the Scarlet Witch's cloak, you are not left with a figure with an extremely "giraffe" looking neck - which was my initial fear. The Wanda Maximoff looks great even without her cloak. Don't forget to check out that butt!!!!!
I'd really love to say nothing since her flaws and minor and I'm really, really in love with the red-hot action-figure that the Scarlet Witch is, but that wouldn't be fair I suppose.
Aside from the missing ability to twist at the waist and the stiffness of her thighs, the Scarlet Witch's cape is a tad bit too long for her. True you can use the cape as a form of tripod to keep her ereck through and pose, but normally, without the foot-peg stand I used, the cape would have prevented the poses above - or I'd have had a harder time getting her there.
Wanda Maximoff, the Marvel Universe Scarlet Witch was purchased from Filbars here in Makati for PhP 1,000 (Roughly US$ 24.39). She's available on Amazon for US$ 19.70 (Roughly PhP 808 plus shipping).
