Star Wars Sabine Wren - Quick Review

This is a quick-review for the Star Wars Rebels Sabine Wren

MORE AFTER THE JUMP

Sometime after the Siege of Lothal. Sabine Wren started modifying the paint scheme of her armor, leaving her old pink-paint-scheme for a brighter orange one. This armor has the image of an Anooba (Tatooine pack predator) on the left shoulder pad; a dejarik pattern on the right shoulder pad, and a the Rebel Starbird on her left breastplate.

Sabine Wren's blister pack reads "A Mandalorian warrior, Sabine Wren is an explosives expert and graffiti artist - qualities that make her an excellent fit as one of the first Rebels against the Empire"

WHAT'S TO LIKE ABOUT THE UPDATED STAR WARS REBELS SABINE WREN ACTION FIGURE?
  • Her Helmet comes off
  • One of her arms is permanently bent in a draw position
  • The detailing of her new armor paint scheme is beautiful!
  • Sabine Wren comes with her twin WESTAR-35 blaster pistols that can be holstered, and a zip-line device.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THE UPDATED STAR WARS REBELS SABINE WREN ACTION FIGURE?
  • When she has her helmet on she looks simply cartoonish. She reminds us of this bonus that you can get when you play the mobile game "Unkilled" where the zombies suddenly have massive heads making for easier head-shots.
  • When she doesn't have her helmet on you can tell that Disney shaved off some of her cheekbones - yes she has elvish features, but she's not that elvish - in order for her helmet to fit.
  • Perhaps a pop off head would have been a better option.
  • She has difficulty holding her pistols
  • She has difficulty holding onto her zip line device

The Star Wars Sabine Wren updated armor action figure is available on Amazon for US$ 7.47 (Roughly PhP 366 plus shipping).

Ugh! You know this Jedi philosophy stuff doesn't work for everyone!
