STAR WARS 30th Anniversary Coin Collection: Batch 2

Presenting part 2 of my STAR WARS 30th Anniversary Coin Collection featuring coin numbers 21 to 40. First up: # 21 McQuarrie Concept Chewbacca: Easily one of the ugliest characters I've ever seen. It looks like Chewbacca's original inspiration was the Transylvanian Wolf-Man. You just have to love those googly eyes and sharp canines. Note the machine-gun inspired weapon in place of the Wookie Bowcaster which Chewbacca ended up using. 

# 22 M'iiyoom Onith, a H'Nemthe FEMALE (Surprise! Her name means "Night Flower") and one of the two "drinkers" of this collection. M'iiyoom came with half of the bar that is seen in the "What if: R2-D2 ran a bar"  She's briefly seen in the Mos Eisley Cantina.
#23 Elis Helrot is a Givin slaver also seen in the Mos Eisley Cantina. He comes with the other half of the bar discussed above. His skeletal appearance actually allows him to survive in a vacuum.

During the bar shoot (Among others) I accidentally placed these figures in a very compromising position:

#24 is Boba Fett as he appears in the animated series
#25 is Luke Skywalker as he appears before Jabba the Hutt in Return of the Jedi. What's unique about this particular Skywalker is that it comes armed with a bone - yes a bone - which is the weapon used by Luke to delay Jabba's Rancor for a while.

#26 is CZ-4 a Droid in the service of Jabba the Hutt
#27 is Umpass-Stay, a Klatoonian drummer in the service of Jabba the Hutt - not to be confused with the skiff-guard Barada who was slain by Luke Skywalker over the Carkoon Pit.

#28 is a quite comical looking Darth Vader as McQuarrie originally conceptualized him. Note the blue lightsaber.
#29 is Hermi Odle, a Baragwan weapons-smith in the service of Jabba the Hutt. What I like about the figure is that you can actually open/close his mouth - but even closed, his tongue hangs out.

#30 is Salacious B Crumb - the monkey-lizard - and C-3PO as he appears in Return of the Jedi. What's nice about this figure is that you can actually push/pull C-3PO's eye out like Salacious did to him when all hell broke lose as the heroes broke free in Return of the Jedi.

#31 is the animated form of Roron Corobb. Roron is one of the Jedi killed fighting protecting Chancellor Palpatine from General Greivous during the Battle of Coruscant. He was a master of the Force Bellow - a sonic scream like ability that unfortunately did not save him from Greivous' blade. 

 #32 is Yoda astride his Kybuck. This is again from the animated series and if memory serves, Yoda sent his mount to the safety of the rear lines before force pulling a Clone drop-ship from orbit.
#33 is Anakin Skywalker as he appeared in an alien initiation rite in the animated series.

#34 is one of my most valued figures: Darth Revan, the Sith Lord and primary character from STAR WARS Knights of the Old Republic. My only beef with this figure is that they made Revan a man when you can actually start the game with Revan as a woman. Darth Revan will receive his own separate review later.

#35 is Darth Malak - following his master. You can remove the collar of Darrth Malak to reveal just how hideous the damage caused by Darth Revan to his face was. 

#36 is Qymaen Jai Sheelal a Kasleesh Warlord best known to the world as the "Coughing Robot" General Greivous. He's a freakin cyborg not a robot!!!!! This is actually one of the nicer figures in the series and will receive a separate review later.

#37 is Luke Starkiller - not to be confused with Starkiller from The STAR WARS: Force Unleashed video Game. This is a McQuarrie concept that presents Luke as a woman instead of a man. Like Revan, she will receive her own review at a later time.

Luke? Isn't that a boy's name?

#38 Han Solo on a torture rack. You have to question the sanity of whoever decided to market a toy that involves a hero being roasted on a torture rack. I mean seriously I can see kids having hours of fun playing with this particular toy.
# 39 Lando Carissian dressed as a smuggler. He's the guy responsible for putting Han in the torture rack.

#40 is General MacQuarrie dressed as a Hoth Rebel Officer. It's not one of the best sculpts as the helmet is super huge and looks most awkward when placed on his head.
