Toy News: SDCC Exclusive SHIELD 2012 Helicarrier

When I first saw the Avengers movie SHIELD  Helicarrier when it was released, I was extremely disappointed. Thank God, there's an SDCC 2012 Exclusive that's not only a full foot longer than the three foot long mass-released Helicarrier, it comes with an exclusive Maria Hill figure.  Information happily sourced and passed on from Marvel CollectorUK.

Presenting one of the first high-resolution images of the Shield Helicarrier from the toy-line that will be accompanying the New Avengers Movie - as first seen in the recently concluded UK Toy Fair. The image is courtesy of comics.ign.com via MarvelousNews.com.

MarvelousNews.com goes on to say that the Shield Helicarrier to be accompanied by a Captain America figure and features four projectile firing deck cannons. We're definitely looking forward to the results of the New York Toy Fair for more news.  Click on the image to see a larger version of the Shield Helicarrier.
