The Marvel Legends Netflix Elektra Action Figure is a must have if you are a fan of the series - except for one major flaw. 

We always thought that Netflix's vision and execution of Elektra was pretty spot on - except for the fact that Elodie Yung is not Greek (At least she's Asian). Not that Elektra had to be Greek in the Netflix universe given that she was adopted. We felt that Elodie provided the perfect blend of mystery, sultriness and... chaos... that is at the essence of the character.

If we ever met her, yes we'd fall for her, but we know she'd be the death of us as well.

The blister pack of the Marvel Legends Netflix Elektra Action Figure reads: "Both a wealthy heiress and a trained assassin, Elektra Natchios is a mysterious woman from Matt Murdock's past who unexpectedly returns to his life."

This is exactly why exes should stay exes and people should really evaluate what went wrong with their relationship prior to jumping back into the sack with an ex.

But then it must be real love.

Too bad Scarlett Johanson's Black Widow will probably never meet Matt Murdock.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THE MARVEL LEGENDS NETFLIX ELEKTRA ACTION FIGURE?

FIRST: Let's get the big white elephant out of the room! THIS is Jennifer Garner! Batfleck's Elektra from when he played Daredevil. She looks nothing at all like Elodie Yung.

So the next question is: "Is this a case of racial whitewashing or did Marvel have a head mold of Jennifer Garner back from when the Elektra movie came out and decided to use it instead of letting it go to waste?"

We're thinking whitewashing.

While Elodie Yung may be French, she's still half Cambodian and certainly looks Asian. The Marvel Legends Netflix Elektra Action Figure is definitely Caucasian. Somewhere along the way her Asian features were replaced.

SECOND: This is Elektra prior to her death in Season 2 of Elektra. She isn't in the armored suit made for her by the Gladiator. It would be nice if Marvel releases an armored variant of her in the future.

THIRD: Like Daredevil. she seems to be extraordinarily thin at the waist.

WHAT'S TO LIKE ABOUT THE MARVEL LEGENDS NETFLIX ELEKTRA ACTION FIGURE?

FIRST: If you can get over the thin waist, Elektra was quite a darling to pose. 

Her uniform may be quite simple, but she comes with incredible articulation, a pair of wonderful sais and an alternative head. Seriously the only thing we wish we could add to this figure - other than a more Asian face - would be variants - her armored form, and her "Kill-the-Defenders" outfit from the Defenders.

I was bored. I do things like this when I'm bored.

SECOND: Elekra comes with a pair of hands quite reminiscent of some of our more beloved G.I. Joes like Storm Shadow. Look how her right hand grasps her Sai:

We're most likely going to wait for a better head sculpt to come along and eventually replace Jenifer Garner's face. And indeed here's hoping that one day her armored version will become available.
