iVideos has been kind enough to upload on to their channel, the English dubbed version of the last trailer for the Russian super-hero movie Guardians before it airs in February.
The special effects are not quite up to par with Hollywood - it looks more like a video-game than a movie - but it looks VERY promising! If the world went crazy seeing a Racoon fire off a few rounds, then let's see what happens when a were-bear does it!
Highlights include:
- The Guardians
- Ler (Sebastien Sisak), the Geomancer.
- Ursus (Anton Pampushniy), the mini-gun wielding were-bear
- Khan (Sanzhar Madiev): super speed, super strength combined with wicked blades
- Xenia (Alina Lanina): An acrobat with the ability to turn invisible and turn his body into liquid form. She also makes a great Borscht.
- The bad-guy: August Kratov (Stanislav Shirin): Comes with robot army and uses an exoskeleton that allows him to beat up Ler when he's armored up with rocks, and the balls to challenge a big-Russian Bear to hand-to-hand combat.
- The Avengers level of levity - note the bear wags his tail once he's in the elevator.
